When the Enhanced Concentric Allowed parameter is set to No, the coverage of the OL subcell and UL subcell is determined by RX_LEV Threshold, RX_LEV Hysteresis, RX_QUAL Threshold, TA Threshold, and TA Hysteresis. If the Enhanced Concentric Allowed parameter is set to Yes, this parameter is invalid. |
