Description |
In downlink power control, if the downlink receive quality is greater than or equal to the value of this parameter, then the actual DL RX_LEV Upper Threshold should contain DL Qual. Bad UpLEVDiff. This parameter further improves the expected level of the downlink power control. Level 0: BER smaller than 0.2% Level 1: BER ranges from 0.2% to 0.4% Level 2: BER ranges from 0.4% to 0.8% Level 3: BER ranges from 0.8% to 1.6% Level 4: BER ranges from 1.6% to 3.2% Level 5: BER ranges from 3.2% to 6.4% Level 6: BER ranges from 6.4% to 12.8% Level 7: BER greater than 12.8% |
