Description |
This parameter specifies whether to allow the MS to report the class mark. If the MS occupies the main-BCCH intra-frequency SDCCH, this parameter determines whether to hand over the MS to the main-BCCH inter-frequency SDCCH. If this parameter is set to ON, the signaling channel handover increases but the call access rate decreases. |
