IBCA Soft Block Switch |
---|---|
Description |
This parameter specifies whether to turn on the IBCA soft block switch. If this parameter is set to No, the IBCA soft block switch is turned off. That is, channels are allocated to the newly established call even if its interference is lower than the soft block threshold. This parameter should be set to No when the network is severely congested and there is no high requirement on the speech quality. |
