Description |
If you cannot get the path loss between the MS and the neighbor cell by measurement, use the path loss between the MS and the serving cell plus the path loss offset to estimate the path loss between the MS and the neighbor cell. The advising Path Loss Offset of the level 1 neighbor cell is 15 dB, and that of the level 2 neighbor cell is 25 dB. |
