Description |
This parameter specifies the queuing timer during channel assignment. When the BSC receives the channel request but no channels are available for assignment, the BSC initiates the queuing process and starts the timer. If the channel request succeeds before the timer expires, the BSC stops the timer; otherwise, the incoming-BSC handover fails upon the expiry of the timer. |
