Description |
This parameter specifies the queuing timer for incoming-BSC handover request messages. When the MSC allows the queuing of incoming-BSC handover request messages but no channels are available for assignment, the BSC initiates the queuing process and starts the timer. If the channel request succeeds before the timer expires, the BSC stops the timer; otherwise, the incoming-BSC handover fails upon the expiry of the timer. |
