Description |
This parameter specifies the time for triggering SDCCH quick handover. When the VDF SDCCH quick handover function is enabled, after receiving the encryption command from the MSC, the MS waits for a period of time before the SDCCH quick handover is triggered. If the SDCCH quick handover is not triggered until the timer expires, the handover will be canceled. |
