When the call drop counters are optimized, the connection failure message is sent by the BTS because the release indication message is sent or the waiting period of call reestablishment times out, the call drops caused by this reason are not contained in the statistics of call drops. When the call drop counters are not optimized, the call drops caused by this reason are contained in the statistics of call drops. |
