Description |
This parameter specifies whether to enable the ICB function in the BTS. If this parameter is set to Yes, the TCHs on the same module on the non-BCCH TRXs are preferentially assigned. In this way, the TRXs on the same module on the BCCH are idle and thus the ICB function can be enabled in the BTS. |
