This parameter specifies whether the BSC supports the cell broadcast function and whether the BSC supports simple cell broadcast or standard cell broadcast. If the BSC supports standard cell broadcast, the BSC should be connected to the CBC. If the BSC supports simple cell broadcast, the BSC should be configured with GXPUMs to send cell broadcast messages. |
