Description |
This parameter specifies whether the assignment complete message carries the cell list. According to the protocols, during channel assignment, the assignment complete message carries the cell list only when an MS moves from one cell to another. The MSCs from some vendors, however, require that the assignment complete message carry the cell list. Thus, this parameter should be set to Yes for the compatibility between the BSC and those MSCs.
