This parameter should be set on the basis of the negotiation with the MSC at the peer end so that the MSC can process the assignment failure message properly. If this parameter is set to Not Sending, the assignment failure message does not carry the circuit pool list. If this parameter is set to Sending According to Protocol, the assignment failure message carries the circuit pool list when the cause value of the assignment failure is a specific one. Otherwise, the message does not carry the circuit pool list. If this parameter is set to Unconditionally Sending, the assignment failure message carries the circuit pool list. |
