Description |
This parameter specifies the number of attempts to periodically send an alive message to the SGSN from the BSC. If the SGSN does not respond, the BSC resends the message. For example, value 5 indicates that the BSC resends the message for five times, and value 15 indicates that the BSC resends the message for 15 times. |
