Description |
This parameter specifies the interval between two requests for resetting the NSVC. The BSC sends a request to reset the NSVC. If the SGSN does not respond, the BSC resends the request. For example, value 1 indicates that the timer value is one second, and value 120 indicates that the timer value is 120 seconds. |
