Description |
This parameter specifies the number of requests for unblocking the NSVC. The BSC sends a request to unblock the NSVC. If the SGSN does not respond, the BSC resends the request. For example, value 1 indicates that the BSC resends the request once, and value 6 indicates that the BSC resends the request for 6 times. |
