Description |
This parameter specifies the minimum interval between the use of the Bmax value and R value generated by the SGSN after the SGSN receives the flow control message from the MS. For example, value 5000 indicates that the timer value is 5000 ms, and value 60000 indicates that the timer value is 60000 ms. |

Configuration Policy |
If this parameter is set to an excessive value, a delay is caused after the MS sends the flow control parameters. During the delay period, the MS may send new flow control parameters but the SGSN uses the original parameters for flow control, thus causing a bottleneck in transmission performance. If this parameter is set to a modest value, the SGSN can soon use the flow control parameter in the newly received flow control message, thus improving the transmission performance. |
