If this parameter is set to Yes, the AMR TCHF-TCHH handover algorithm is enabled and an AMR call can be handed over from TCHF to TCHH to relieve network congestion. If this parameter is set to No, the AMR TCHF-TCHH handover algorithm is disabled and an AMR call cannot be handed over from TCHF to TCHH. Thus, network congestion cannot be relieved through TCHF-TCHH handover. |
