Parameter Name |
IntraCell AMR TCHH-TCHF Traffic Threshold |
---|---|
Description |
When the load of a cell is lower than this threshold, the BSC initiates an AMR TCHH-TCHF handover. When the load of the network is lower than this threshold, the BSC initiates an AMR TCHH-TCHF handover. If the value of this parameter is too small, TCHH calls exist when the load of the network is light and thus the MOS may be decreased. |

Configuration Policy |
If this parameter is set to a too great value, an AMR TCHH-TCHF handover is triggered only when the network is overloaded, which may again lead to a risk of network congestion. |
