Description |
This parameter specifies the quality threshold for AMR TCHH-TCHF handover. This parameter is one of the triggering conditions. When the MS receive quality is higher than the receive quality threshold of AMR TCHH-TCHF handover, the AMR TCHH-TCHF handover is triggered. 0-7: represents the eight levels of receive quality. The meanings of levels 0-7 are as follows: Level 0: BER smaller than 0.2% Level 1: BER ranging from 0.2% to 0.4% Level 2: BER ranging from 0.4% to 0.8% Level 3: BER ranging from 0.8% to 1.6% Level 4: BER ranging from 1.6% to 3.2% Level 5: BER ranging from 3.2% to 6.4% Level 6: BER ranging from 6.4% to 12.8% Level 7: BER larger than 12.8% |
