Description |
This parameter specifies the time for the BSC to wait for the response from the MSC after it resends the connection release message because waiting for the release complete message from the MSC timed out for the first time. If timeout occurs again, the BSC determines that the connection release procedure fails and initiates the procedure for handling the connection release failure. |
