Description
When the MS initiates a request for the uplink TCH, a call drop may occur. This measurement provides the number of call drops when the MS in the cell seizes the uplink TCH.

Integer number or integer.
Measurement Point
This counter is incremented by one when the BSC receives a CONNECTION FAILURE INDICATION or ERROR INDICATION message. In the signaling procedure, this counter is measured at point A in Figure 1.
