Description
This measurement provides the number of paging messages for CS services on the PCH among PCH scheduling.
The BTS measures the value of the CELL_CIRCUIT_PCH_MSG_NUM and reports it in the BTS_STATIS_REPORT message to the BSC.

Measurement Point
When receiving the PAGING COMMAND from the BSC, the BTS measures the number of paging messages for CS services on the PCH, and reports it in the BTS_STATIS_REPORT to the BSC every minute. This counter is incremented each time the information element CELL_CIRCUIT_PCH_MSG_NUM in the BTS_STATIS_REPORT message received from the BTS is successfully decoded by the BSC, at C1 as shown in Figure 1.
