Description
This measurement provides the number of times when the CS paging is discarded on the LAPD link.
Unit
Integer number or integer.
Measurement Point
If the BSC discards the CS paging when detecting that the GEIUB/GOIUB is overloaded or the LAPD link is overloaded or unavailable, this counter is incremented by one at A4, as shown in Figure 1.
