Measurement Point

The activation duration of a GPRS TBF refers to the period that starts when the GPRS TBF is successfully established and ends when the GPRS TBF is normally released. The measurement value is obtained by accumulating the activation duration of all uplink GPRS TBFs that are normally released in a granularity period.
