This measurement provides the maximum number of sampled concurrent uplink GPRS TBFs in a granularity period. This counter indicates the maximum number of concurrent uplink GPRS TBFs in a granularity period.

In a granularity period, the concurrent uplink GPRS TBFs are sampled for several times. The measurement value is the maximum number among the numbers of concurrent uplink GPRS TBFs in different samples.
