This measurement provides the number of uplink EGPRS TBF abnormal releases due to the CS handover in a granularity period.

Measurement Point
In DTM transmission mode, if the uplink EGPRS TBF is released abnormally due to the CS handover (see measurement point A in Figure 1), the counter is incremented by one.
