A9604: PPCH_PS_PAGING_REQ
Description
If the PCCCH is configured in the cell, the BSC can send the PS PAGING REQUEST message on the paging subchannel on PCCCH. This measurement provides the number of packet paging requests sent by the BSC on the PPCH in a granularity period.

Measurement Point
Figure 1 shows the procedure for the BSC sending a PS paging request on the PPCH. Each time the BSC sends a PS PAGING REQUEST message on the PPCH (see measurement point A), the counter is incremented by one.
