Description
This measurement provides the number of uplink DTM rejection messages sent on the DCCH.
Unit
Integer number or integer.
Measurement Point
After receiving the DTM REQUEST message from the MS, the BSC sends the DTM rejection message to the MS if the BSC cannot perform the DTM assignment or packet assignment due to various causes. At measurement point B in Figure 1, the counter is incremented by one.
