Description

Mean Duration of Call Access provides the duration from the time the BSC receives the CHANNEL REQUIRED message from the BTS to the time the BSC sends the ASSIGNMENT COMPLETE message to the MSC during a call.

Measurement Point

Accumulated Duration of Call Access is the accumulated duration from the time the BSC receives the CHANNEL REQUIRED message from the BTS to the time the BSC sends the ASSIGNMENT COMPLETE message to the MSC within the granularity period.

The value of Sampling Times of Call Access is added by one when the BSC sends a ASSIGNMENT COMPLETE message to the MSC.
