The BSC measures the number of circuits in the maintenance state on the A interface every 10 s.
This counter is measured by using the following formula.
Mean Number of Circuits in Maintenance State on the A Interface = [Sampling Number of Circuits in Maintenance State on the A Interface]/({GP} x {6})
