AR9303: AVR_AVAIL_PDCH
This measurement provides the average number of available PDCHs in a cell in a granularity period.
The parameter Maximum Ratio Threshold of PDCHs affects the average number of available PDCHs. If the ratio of the number of static PDCHs configured in a cell to the total number of PDCHs and TCHFs exceeds Maximum Ratio Threshold of PDCHs, Average Number of Available PDCHs is equal to the number of configured static PDCHs. Otherwise, Average Number of Available PDCHs is equal to or less than the total number of PDCHs and TCHFs multiplied by the value of Maximum Ratio Threshold of PDCHs.
