AR9331: AVG_GPRS_TBF_HO_EDGE_PDCH__NUM
This measurement provides the average number of EGPRS PDCHs occupied by all GPRS TBFs in a cell in a granularity period. If the measurement value is high, you can infer that the GPRS services may be too busy to affect the EGPRS services. In this case, you can configure some EGPRS preferred channels or EGPRS dedicated channels.
