This counter provides the number of Successful TCH Seizures for MOC, including the Successful TCH Seizures for MOC (Signaling Channel) and the Successful TCH Seizures for MOC (Traffic Channel). The Successful TCH Seizures for MOC (Signaling Channel) is the difference between the Call Setup Indications (MOC) (TCH) and the Mode Modify Commands (MOC) (TCH). The Successful TCH Seizures for MOC (Traffic Channel) is the difference between the Assignment Requests (MOC) and the Failed Assignments during MOC on the A Interface (Including Directed Retry).
