CA305: CELL_CM_SERV_REJ

Description

This measurement provides the number of CM SERV REJ messages sent by the MSC to the MS. The reject cause is varied, including congestion, network failure, illegal MS, and other causes.

Unit

Integer number or integer.

Measurement Point

As shown in Figure 1, each time the BSC receives a CM SERV REJ message sent by the MSC to an MS in the measured cell (see measurement point A), the counter is incremented by one.
