Description

This measurement provides the total number of intra-BSC incoming cell handover successes during BSC loop. It is calculated by subtracting the Failed Internal Intra-Cell Handovers (BSC LOOP) from the Internal Intra-Cell Handover Requests (BSC LOOP).

Measurement Point

As shown in Figure 1, this counter is measured at D when the BSC receives the HO CMP message from the MS during the intra-BSC incoming cell handover (BSC loop).
