Description
This measurement provides the total number of HO DETECT messages received by the BSC in the target cell from the BTS, including those on the SDCCHs, TCHFs, and TCHHs on various combinations of frequency bands before and after the handover.

Measurement Point
As shown in Figure 1, this counter is measured in the target cell when the BSC receives from the BTS the HO DETECT message in the target cell.
