Description

This measurement provides the total number of inter-RAT outgoing cell handover successes during BTS loopback. It is calculated by subtracting the Number of Inter-System Outgoing Cell Handover Failures During BTS Loopback from the Number of Inter-System Outgoing Cell Handover Requests During BTS Loopback.

Measurement Point

As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, the counter is measured at C when the BSC receives the CLEAR CMD message from the MSC during the outgoing inter-RAT inter-cell handover and the Cause is Handover successful (0x0B).
