Number of Intra-BSC Outgoing Cell Handover Successes During BTS Loopback

Measurement Counter

CH370b:CELL_INTRABSC_OUTCELL_HO_SUCC_BTS_LOOP

Description

This measurement provides the total number of intra-BSC outgoing cell handover successes during BTS loop. The counter is calculated by subtracting the Failed Outgoing Internal Inter-Cell Handovers (BTS LOOP) from the Outgoing Internal Inter-Cell Handover Requests (BTS LOOP).

Unit

Integer number or integer.

Measurement Point

As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, this counter is measured at D when the BSC receives the HO CMP message from the MS in the target cell during the outgoing internal inter-cell handover (BTS LOOP).

C

Measurement point of Outgoing Internal Inter-Cell Handover Detection Messages Received by BSC (Excluding Directed Retry)

D

Measurement point of Successful Outgoing Internal Inter-Cell Handovers (Excluding Directed Retry)

C

D

Formula

Number of Intra-BSC Outgoing Cell Handover Successes During BTS Loopback = [Outgoing Internal Inter-Cell Handover Requests (BTS LOOP)] - [Failed Outgoing Internal Inter-Cell Handovers (BTS LOOP)]
