CM3603 :CELL_SIG_CHAN_STATIC_STATE_CALL_DROP_TIMES_TCH_ERR_IND
After the MS seizes a channel, the BTS sends the BSC an ERR IND message, indicating that a call drop occurs on the Um interface because of the abnormal connection on the radio link layer.
This measurement provides the number of times that the BSC receives the ERR IND messages and releases calls after the MS seizes the TCH for carrying signaling. During a call, if multiple ERR IND messages are received, or a REL IND or CONN FAIL IND message is received after an ERR IND message, this counter is measured only once.

When a TCH is seized to carry signaling during a call, this counter is measured when the BSC receives an ERR IND message.
This counter is calculated at A1, as shown in Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3, Figure 4, and Figure 5.
