CR3000:CELL_CH_CFG_NUM_SD
CR3000:CELL_CH_CFG_NUM_SD provides the number of configured SDCCHs in the cells on all frequency bands controlled by the BSC at each sampling point. This number does not include the number of SDCCHs that are dynamically converted from TCHFs.

Number of Initially Configured Channels (SDCCH) = [Number of Initially Configured Channels (SDCCH) (900/850 Cell)] + [Number of Initially Configured Channels (SDCCH) (1800/1900 Cell)]
