CR3002: CELL_CH_CFG_NUM_DYN_PDCH
CR3002:CELL_CH_CFG_NUM_DYN_PDCH provides the number of configured dynamic PDCHs in the cells on all frequency bands controlled by the BSC at each sampling point. This number includes the number of dynamic PDCHs that are dynamically converted into TCHFs.
