H313II: CELL_INBSC_OUT_CELL_HO_SUCC_OLCELL_OLCELL
When an internal concentric cell handover is performed, the performance of the handover between different concentric cells is measured. This measurement provides the number of successful handovers from the overlaid subcell of the originating cell to the overlaid subcell of the target cell. The measurement is performed on the basis of the originating cell and covers the handover between traffic channels, handover between signaling channels, and directed retry.
