Description

The specific counter provides the number of incoming inter-RAT inter-cell handover responses based on the type of the allocated target channel (SDCCH/TCHF/TCHH) when the BSC returns an HO REQ ACK message to the MSC during the incoming inter-RAT inter-cell handover. Together with Incoming Inter-RAT Inter-Cell Handover Requests and Failed Incoming Inter-RAT Inter-Cell Handovers, this counter indicates the performance of the incoming inter-RAT inter-cell handover.

The channel involved in the measurement can be the SDCCH, TCHF, or TCHH.

Measurement Point

As shown in Figure 1, this counter is measured at B when the BSC returns an HO REQ ACK message to the MSC after receiving the HO REQ message from the MSC.
