K3006:CELL_KPI_SD_CFG_NUM
This measurement provides the number of SDCCHs configured in a cell in the BSC. The SDCCHs include those that are converted from dynamic TCHs. The value of this counter is the average number of SDCCHs at each sampling point in the granularity period.

The BSC collects the number of configured SDCCHs per second. At the end of the granularity period, the value of this counter is the result of dividing the accumulative value of each sampling point by the number of sampling times.
