Description

This measurement provides the number of successful TCH (traffic channel) seizures by the MS during TCH handovers.

Unit

Integer number or integer.

Measurement Point

Internal intra-cell handover The measurement is triggered when the BSC receives the HO DETECT message from the target BTS (see measurement point E in Figure 1and Figure 2). The measurement is based on the channel type.

Incoming external inter-cell handover The measurement is triggered when BSC2 receives the HO DETECT message from the target BTS (see measurement point E in Figure 3and Figure 4. The measurement is based on the channel type.
