K3015: CELL_KPI_TCH_AVAIL_NUM
This measurement provides the number of available TCHs in a cell in the BSC, that is, the BSC calculates the average number of idle TCHs or busy TCHs at each sampling point in a granularity period. The sampling period is 5s.
The TCHs include the TCHs that are converted from dynamic PDCHs but exclude the TCHs that are dynamically converted to SDCCHs.
