K3100: CELL_KPI_IMM_ASS_REQ
Description
To obtain the service from the BSS, an MS sends a CHAN REQ message on the RACH to the BTS. After receiving this message, the BTS sends a CHAN RQD message to the BSC to request a dedicated channel.
This measurement provides the number of times that the BSC receives a CHAN RQD message. The value of this counter includes the number of requests for a channel due to different services except the PS service but excludes the number of CHAN REQ messages discarded during flow control.

Measurement Point
This counter is incremented by one after flow control when the BSC receives the CHANNEL REQUIRED message from the BTS. See measurement point A in Figure 1.
