L0032:SCTP_LNK_ERR_PACKET_NUM
Description
All the packets transmitted over the SCTP links are assembled from data blocks. Error packets may occur because of network performance or upper-layer application.
This measurement provides the number of error packets received over SCTP links.

Integer number or integer.
Measurement Point
This counter is measured when the BSC finds that a packet received from the MSC is erroneous. This counter is measured at A, as shown in the following figure.
