L0033:SCTP_LNK_SEND_PACKET_NUM
Description
If the data binding function of the SCTP links is enabled, multiple data messages from the upper layer are assembled into one DATA message. Each independent data message from the upper layer can be regarded as one data block.
This counter provides the total number of data blocks sent over the SCTP links.
Unit
Integer number or integer.
Measurement Point
This counter is incremented by one when the BSC sends a DATA message to the MSC. This counter is measured at A, as shown in the following figure.
